Later certain conspicuous structural features of plants impressed themselves on man so that at an early stage such groups as Umbelliferae with their characteristic inflorescence, Cruciferrae with their typical flowers and Leguminosae with their characteristic flowers and fruits, were recognized and described. — Позже определенные заметные структурные особенности растений отпечатались у человека так, что на ранней стадии были признаны и описаны такие группы как семейство зонтичных с их характерным соцветием, семейство крестоцветных с их типичными цветками и семейство бобовых с их характерными цветками и плодами.
